Sure it was put on permanent hiatus by MTV after only one season, but I beleive that MTV is to blame for the lack of success of this diamond in the rough. After some small protests in India about the show's character Ghandi, who is actually a clone of Ghandi, and not the real Ghandi himself, MTV put the show on hiatus before the show was even aired, hid the website, and ceased all promotion. When things settled down a bit, MTV showed the series without any real promotion. It never had a chance.
In the US that is. In Canada, Clone High had a very successful, and highly promoted run on Teletoon. The series ran over and over. It may not have had the viewership of The Simpsons, or even Family Guy, but it was quite popular amongst my friends both in highschool and in my first year at York.

How could a comedy series about the teen issues of clones of historical figures not be absolutely amazing? ... That's right, it can't be anything but absolutely amazing!
I'm not sure if there is any planned release for the DVD in the US as it is being released by Teletoon rather than MTV, but Canadians can order it now here. You may as well go ahead and order Arrested Development Season Two now too, I know I am.
Keep on Tranglin,
Anthony
