I almost froze my ass off, literally. I walked home from the pub, and according to The Weather Network, it is -13 and with the wind feels like -24. At a point my legs started to freeze up and a panic that I might not make it swept over me. Obviously I did, but not without the help of multiple layers (including the hat), quite a bit of running and Neverending White Lights.
Since I didn't die I am able to get you to do this Johari thingee about me. It was brought to me by Miss Kendra via Nick and Ubie.
I did something horrible. It might kill me. I'll share later.
Keep on Tranglin,
Anthony

ooh something horrible???
did you eat a sandwich from a truckstop men's room?
i did your window thing, though there was no "drunk" option. i was also disappointed there was no "hat-tacular".
Lucky bastard.
I sure am. That isn't the thing that is going to kill me though.
Your face is killing me.
I was in my car for 15 minutes before the heater kicked in. I hummed "Girl from Ipanema" to myself to take myself to a happier (warmer) place.
now I am intrigued. what is this horribleness you speak of?
I can top that! I went to Ottawa and somehow thought it would be a good idea to attend an outside concert when it was -18 but felt like -25. AND instead of being in the crowd and stealing body heat that way, we stood on a riser where we were more exposed to the wind, did little moving around and ended up having to leave the concert early because we were so cold. Instead of walking, we ean the streets of downtown Ottawa in a attempt to keep the blood flowing. Why the hell is it so cold! What happened to the global warming that I was enjoying so much!!
Ottawa tends to seem colder than it really is. who'd you go see? cuz I was looking for stuff to do while I was home in Ottawa but i couldn't find anything. Then again, I didn't look very hard.
NWL is playing in Waterloo next Thursday if you weren't already in the know
your hat is pretty.
