I added what is known in the business as a "buttload" of songs to the thingy over there ---->
If you have Internet Explorer and you can hear the music but not see the player, it is probably at the very bottom of the screen. I suggest you stop using that piece of shit browser. That should probably fix the problem.
I added 'Perfect Day' and 'Sunday Morning' for Lou Reed.
'Nineties on Your Side' is for Dianna. She plays trumpet for The Sweet Homewreckers. I recently went to Peterborough to see them play, it was quite good.
'Great Gig in the Sky' is my favourite song, so that is why it's there.
I feel I must defend 'Crazy on You.' I like it. I also like 'Barracuda' and one or two other Heart songs. Also, there are a handful of Pat Benetar songs I like. If you have a problem with that I suggest you insult me mercilessly. Or fall off a cliff. It's up to you.
'Poets' is for Gin cause she likes the Hip. I don't really share her interest, but I do like that song.
If any of the songs don't work properly I appologise. I added a lot at once and I'm still working on checking them all.
Keep on Tranglin,
Anthony

yay for pat benetar! and heart! except i dont see them on the list. now im sad.
It'll show up eventually. It's working here, so I don't really know why it wouldn't work for you. Also, there is no Pat Benetar on the list, I was just saving that I like some of her songs. Between Heart and Pat Benetar, only 'Crazy on You' is on the list.
boo urns for no pat benetar, yay because its working now!
sidenote: i havent heard great gig in the sky in forever, and now remembered why i had to stop. im glad its not the first song.
crazy on you plays at work all the time...it really drives me crazy..
log on mother fucker
Great Gig In The Sky is an amazing song.
Also, it's not working here, either.
the songs are working for me, thanks for adding Nineties on your side!! I was super happy that you came up to Peterborough for the show! The one in Peterborough went better than the one in Hamilton, at least I feel that way.
also, on a strange note, I for some reason, felt the need to sit and listen to Nineties on your site, even though I know that song off by heart, have played it a millon times and listened to it even more... sometimes I don't get me
No matter what you say, the only two songs I've ever heard are that French dude and Led Zeppelin.
I love Perfect Day. I actually dedicated a post to that once. Good choice.
its not that i dont like great gig in the sky, it just makes me sad, thats all.
Yeah that's great.
I'm still not seeing the damn songs, at least not the new ones.
That guy is not French Ubie, he's Brazilian.
lol, i was wondering who she was talking about... i thought maybe it was the jack johnson song she was refering to.
Yeah the french thing threw me off too...
I don't know what's up with the songs not showing up. Try refreshing the browser, if that doesn't work I'd suggest deleting your history and emptying the cache. That might work. Or you can just wait.
Ok, actual responses.
Nads Cream, I try to make the first song something that starts off really smoothly so that people don't shit their pants if they forgot that music plays when they go to my blog and left their sound on really loud. Great Gig in The Sky would have been ok probably, but Perfect Day was... perfect.
Melissa, I assume that the annonymous comment was you too. Do you really expect me to be up at 8 am? I just woke up now and not by choice. Oh, and Crazy on You does need to be taken in moderation, that is why it's not near the top.
Nick, I agree. Amazing. That is why it's my very favourite song. Sometimes when I'm home alone I sing along. It's surprizingly cathartic.
Dianna, any time. I think it was one of the better Homewreckers recordings that I've heard. Peterborough was a lot of fun as usual even though it was my shortest visit yet. I listen to the same songs over and over too. According to iTunes, I've listeded to the "You've Got the AIDS" barbershop from Family Guy 113 times.
Ubie, I'm pretty sure there is no French Dude. Seu Jorge is an African, Portuguese speaking Brazilian if that is who you are thinking of.
Brooke, since I purchased my turntable (you know, back when I used to write here regularly and read other people's blogs too) I've listened to Lou Reed's Transformer so many times I'm afraid it's going to turn to dust.
Nadia, it makes you sad? It just calms me down. It doesn't have the Neverending White Lights effect on me.
I guess the fact he's called "Jorge" should've tipped me off, considering I took three years of Spanish and all.
I blame my hormones.
I did a tribute to you today and you don't even have the courtesy to come check it out, what the fuck.
And of coursem by "did a tribute" I mean "made a mockery of".
awesome choices, all of them. just one concern...no 5.6.7.8's?
Julia
Yeah, what's up with the no 5, 6, 7, 8's? God knows I like it when annoying Asian people scream at me and talk gibberish about mashed potatoes and such.
I see it all fine, but I can't hear a thing. So I'm singing to myself the ones I know and love.
Oh, Nick and his mashed potatoes.
I'm not joking. They have a song called "Hey, Mashed Potato, Hey".
