Damn you Google. Damn you to hell.
Except your search engine, Google Earth and the very useful Google Calendar, without which I could not live.
Speaking of globalization, I saw this picture today at theglobeandmail.com, of two girls in Xian, China. What does it have to do with globalization?
Everything.
That is exactly what rich girls their age look like in Toronto right now (except they look less frozen). What I mean to say is that even in China, in that bastion of foreignness and exoticism the youth (or those few with money) have signed on to the project of implementing world-wide cultural sameness that has gripped the rest of us for so long.
Oh well, so long as I can buy the things the TV tells me to, who cares?
Keep on Tranglin,
Anthony

i think my favourite part of this is the labels.
I don't think I've quite grasped their purpose yet.
why does everything have to be unique? I don't get that.
Labels are my favorite part, too.
