Everybody wants something, they'll never give up

Just felt like sharing the news that I preordered a copy of Degrassi Junior High season 2. I couldn't take the chance that my store wouldn't get a copy and I would have to wait another week after it was released to get my grubby hands on Spike, Caitlyn, Wheels, Snake and Joey doing their Toronto thing 1988 Style on DVD.

I know that didn't make any sense, but I'm excited, and will probably hold my breath until I get my DVDs. Oh I also bought a crap load of previously viewed DVDs from our table o' crap (although most of it is certifiably not crap at all.)

I would like to welcome the following films to my collection:

Saved, Dirty Pretty Things, Collateral, Anchorman, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Shaun of the Dead.

Keep on Trangling,

Anthony

I miss Degrassi! Like that episode when people were saying that "Caitlin's a lesssbian" or when Wheels' parents were killed, or when Claude shot himself at school... ahh those were the days.

Loz- When I found out classic degrassi was being released on DVD I nearly bust a nut. I admit, I'm a bit to young to have enjoyed it the first time around (I was three when spike got pregnant) but the CBC aired Degrassi after school for about two years when I was in highschool and I fell in love.

lilred- Are you sure it isn't the new Degrassi that they show on Nick? The new series is far more scandalous than the original was. I think Canadian kids have just gotten more risque since the 80's.
